COP28, which was held from 30 November to 12 December 2023 in Dubai, resulted in an historic compromise on “transitioning away from fossil fuels in energy systems, in a just, orderly and equitable manner, accelerating action in this critical decade”. Jérémie Pellet, Chief Executive Officer of Expertise France, was there from 1 to 4 December to bring the voice of the agency and promote the ambitious projects conducted on the aspects of the energy transition and climate resilience in various sectors.
