Our services
Our core activity is the implementation of technical cooperation projects. Currently, we have 400 ongoing projects across 147 countries. We also agreed €680 million in new projects in 2025. To carry out these projects, we deploy French and international experts to ensure effective project implementation on site. And in accordance with a ministerial decision of the French government, we are also tasked with managing the network of International Technical Experts (ITEs).

Project implementation
Our project implementation services are our core activity. These services are based on an internal methodology and on an integrated approach that is aided by our current decentralisation process.
These services are underpinned by our Project Management Guide, our Project Framework, which outlines ten quality criteria that all our actions must meet, and our accountability indicators, which we use to assess the effectiveness of each project.

Deployment of technical experts
We deploy French, European and international experts from the public and private sectors through project-based expert assignments and via the network of international technical experts that we manage since 2016.
This deployment leads to the sharing of skills and knowledge with our partner countries and organisations. It also raises the profile of French and European expertise through the wide range of experts deployed by our agency.
