The aim of the EU-EAC DEEP programme is to accelerate East Africa’s digital transformation (in e-commerce, interoperable payments, digital public services, and cybersecurity), to support the East African single digital market. Expertise France is working on cybersecurity and e-governance issues in eight partner countries of the East African Community (EAC).
