Expertise France and Entrepreneurship

In response to the needs identified, Expertise France takes a co-construction approach with the various stakeholders to design programmes that aim to contribute to establishing an enabling institutional environment, a public-private dialogue, and sustainable and inclusive economic development. More broadly, the ownership and institutionalisation of interactions between the State, the private sector and civil society foster the emergence of entrepreneurship and its development.

Expertise France helps build the skills of organisations through technical assistance, the allocation of grants and the mobilisation of expertise. It also contributes to refining and implementing regulatory reforms to improve the business climate, investment and business creation.

Expertise France uses its experience to support the creation of financing mechanisms, training in entrepreneurship and innovation mechanisms which help build sustainable and structuring activities. The range of services it has developed is gradually being expanded to cover the value chain of the journey of entrepreneurs operating in various sectors of activity and at different stages of development.
