On 12 February 2025, Expertise France celebrated ten years of service to international technical cooperation. For the occasion, a hybrid ceremony was held at Station F, broadcast live on the web and placed under the High Patronage of the President of the French Republic. This unprecedented discussion programme brought together major players in the field of development, partners of the agency, as well as around thirty high-level speakers. Together, they shared their thoughts on 10 proposals for the future of international cooperation.

Organised in the format of a TV programme, nearly 40 high-level speakers shared their views and inspiring testimonies around 10 proposals for the future of international cooperation, enriched by the field expertise shared by those involved in projects implemented by Expertise France around the world:

10 proposals for the future of international technical cooperation
These 10 proposals for the future of international cooperation have led to the production of a white paper co-produced by Expertise France and the Institut des Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS).
Strengthening the exchange of best practices in a multipolar world: promoting an equitable exchange of knowledge and practices between all countries to foster harmonious global development.
Promoting artificial intelligence that is accessible to all: ensuring that AI is developed and used in a way that benefits all countries and all populations.
Integrating people's security into international cooperation: human security as a central pillar of international cooperation, strengthening global peace and stability.
Training young people for the professions of tomorrow: preparing the world's youth for the professions of tomorrow, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
Increase multi-stakeholder climate coalitions: encourage the formation of diverse coalitions from all walks of life to fight climate change and promote environmental sustainability.
Putting culture at the service of Africa's economic development: enhancing cultural diversity as a catalyst for economic development.
Organise major events that are compatible with the SDGs: transform major events, including sporting events, into models of sustainability.
Promote the empowerment of women for the development of society: place gender equality and the empowerment of women at the heart of global development strategies.
Access to health for all, preventing and responding to pandemics: prioritising healthcare for the world's most vulnerable populations.
