Within the framework of the Emergency Restoration of Public Services in CAR project, funded by the World Bank, Expertise France organised training on human resource management from the 24th to the 31st of March, in Bangui.
The training, provided by a manager from the, was organised around four priority topics: basic knowledge and know-how in terms of career management, employment and skills management, training, and the role and place of the human resources manager.
Thus, 41 resources managers and human resources managers from the various Central African Ministries took part in theoretical and practical study sessions which comprised of: presentation of the main concepts, tools and methods, work in sub-groups on common professional situations, feedback and assessment of competences acquired.
A long-term expert from Expertise France is collaborating with the Ministry of Civil Service and the various sectoral ministries, to professionalise civil servants management.
