Expertise France, the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF) and CEFEB - AFD’s corporate university, organised two regional training seminars on PPPs in November 2015 in Abidjan and Lomé.

These seminars, entitled "Preparing Public-Private Partnerships", organised with PPIAF financial support, in collaboration with the UEMOA (WAEMU) Commission, BOAD and the AfDB Group, are part of a regional mobile training programme aimed at building the capacities of African managers in terms of PPP projects structuration.

Initiated in 2012, this training programme allows high-level managers from English- and French-speaking African countries involved in the implementation of PPP projects, to exchange on the experiences, and share good practices.

This regional seminar’s cycle will soon be followed by an in-depth training cycle on energy, transportation and urban services, hosted in Marseille, at the CEFEB head office.
