Expertise France keeps its facilitator role for the French Alliance for Cities and Territorial Development (PFVT)

For the last 2 years, Expertise France has been facilitating the PFVT, a platform for exchange and promotion for French urban expertise at the international level. The MAEDI entrusted Expertise France with the continuation of this facilitation until December 2016.

The PFVT was mandated to promote the participation of the French players to the 3rd United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development ( Habitat III), to be held in Quito, Ecuador, from the 17th to the 20th of October 2016. Habitat III, on the theme "Sustainable urban development: urbanisation's future?", will aim at producing a new international urban agenda. Further to the coproduction of French positions via working groups, the PFVT will mobilise players and valorise French expertise at this conference.
